We respectfully request that you carefully review the following terms and conditions before completing any order.
Your decision to proceed with the purchase constitutes a clear acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms, which comprehensively govern all aspects of our plant delivery.
1. Primary Responsibilities
- Seller: Provide the phytosanitary certificate and invoice (optional). Handle initial inspections in Indonesia.
- Buyer: Are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all import regulations, customs duties, taxes, and fees in your destination country.
2. Essential Customer Requirements
- Please inform us of regional regulations and provide a sample phytosanitary certificate if available.
- You must verify import permits and other requirements in your country before shipment.
- Without specific instructions, standard regulations apply; complaints due to non-compliance cannot be handled.
3. Shipping & Limited Warranty
- International shipping of live plants carries risks of damage or loss. We package with extreme care, but are not responsible for the condition after handover to the courier.
- Our warranty only covers plants that arrive dead within 3 days of delivery (requires clear unboxing photo/video proof). Minor cosmetic damage is not included.
4. Order Management
- Order cancellations are not accepted after payment.
- You are fully responsible for all taxes and duties in your area.
5. Export Procedures & Logistics
- Export requires permits and phytosanitary certificates as per Indonesian regulations.
- Shipments undergo Ministry of Agriculture lab checks (approx. 2 weeks).
- Further shipping duration depends on customs clearance and the shipping provider; delays should be addressed directly with the courier.
6. Payment Methods
- Payment is accepted via PayPal or direct bank transfer.
7. Changes to Terms
- We may update these terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of changes
